Greetings, Chef Marckende here!

I am both an Afro Latino being Haitian, as well as a military ​veteran. I served in the Marine Corps from 2003 to 2014.

I began providing private chef services back in 2018 and hold ​a total of over 25 years of cooking experience.

My main base of operations on the West Coast is Las Vegas ​Nevada and my main base of operations for the East Coast is ​Pompano Beach Florida.

My small business frame and idea is to bring private Chefs ​directly to your home or airbnb's, hotels, villas, private ​yachts, private planes or any structure available indoors or ​outdoors for a fine dining Caribbean cooking experience
